Run new line to electric panel only (not connected).
Build wall 30” deep on side of refrigerator ready for paint (see sketch).
Drywall present walls behind cabinets only.
Install laminate on walls between cabinets (behind refrigerator not included).
Install Aristokraft Westbury Wheat Select cabinets Arch top, Square bottom:
1 – W1830 Wall cabinet.
1 – W3015 Wall cabinet.
1 – W3030 Wall cabinet.
1 – DCR2430 Corner wall cabinet with rotary.
1 – W3930 Wall cabinet.
1 – RW331524 Refrigerator wall cabinet.
1 – B18 Base cabinet.
1 – DB18 Drawer Base cabinet.
1 – SCR36 Corner base cabinet with rotary.
1 – SB27 Sink base cabinet.
Install White 30” range hood (ductless).
Install standard laminated tops:
1 – 18” Top
1 – “L”-Shape 54” x 63”
Install new 1 pc. Vinyl floor ($20.00 sq. ft.) over ¼” subfloor.
Install 25x 22 Elkay stainless steel sink with chrome Delta single lever faucets to present water and drain lines in wall.
Walls and ceiling finished by customer.
