Remodel Kitchen and Dining Room as follows:

Remove stucco ceiling in Kitchen.
Remove rug from Dining Area.
Remove vinyl floor from Kitchen.
Remove wall between rooms complete.
Removing soffit and drywall where needed.
Relocate water heater where possible.
Relocate 3 switches from removed wall.
Relocate 1 phone line from removed wall.
Install 2 Pine 15 lite French pocket doors in present opening (111”) with new jamb and trim.
Install 4 additional outlets on backsplash, GFCI’s within 6 ft. of sink.
Install 1 outlet for new refrigerator location.
Install 1 – 20 amp outlet for microwave with new line to present box (if possible).
Install ½ H.P. I.S.E. garbage disposal with new switch.
Install 1 recessed high hat over sink with new switch.
Install 7 recessed high hats in ceiling with 3 separate switches.
Install 2 new 20 amp lines to present electric panel, if possible.
Install customers dishwasher in same location to present electric and plumbing.
Install 3 – 18” undercounter florescent lights.
Install 80” of rope light under bar top with switch.

Install 25x22 x 8-14” Elkay stainless steel sink with Delta single lever faucets.
Remove wall fan and repair wall inside and out.
Paint outside stucco as close as possible.
Install ductwork and outside vent for new microwave.
Install ceramic tile ($3.00 sq. ft.) on backsplash between cabinets (behind refrigerator not included).
Install ceramic tile floor.
Drywall ceiling in Kitchen Area, tape and finish ready for paint.
Cut new doorway in wall to Living Room 36” x 80”.
Drywall corner bead and spackle, ready for paint.
Prime walls and ceiling 1 coat.
Paint walls and ceiling 2 coats laytex enamel.
Trim and base heat to be painted 2 coats enamel.
Prime and paint 2 coats laytex enamel new French Pocket Doors.
